If you enjoy problem-solving, connecting with people, and having a positive impact, this could be a great fit for you.What You’ll Do:Deliver exceptional service by assisting with account transactions and requests (transfers, payments, term deposits, account updates, and more)Provide knowledgeable advice to help clients choose the right financial products and servicesOffer technical support for Internet Banking servicesHandle a mix of inbound and outbound calls to support client needs and collaborate with other departmentsWhat We’re Looking For:High school diploma with 1–3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experienceStrong communication and active listening skillsA proven ability to meet or exceed sales goalsExcellent customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable using Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience with a financial institution is an assetBilingualism is considered an assetWork Schedule:Full-time, rotating shifts within the hours of:Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PMSaturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly rate of $23.43/hr.Variable compensation and matched pension planComprehensive benefits package including:100% employer-paid benefits- health, dental and vision.
