Role and Responsibilities:

  • Model Development and Coordination - Develop and manage detailed Revit models for curtainwall and cladding systems.
  • Revit Tool Utilization - Utilize Revit massing tools to create and manipulate complex shapes and forms accurately.
  • Data Management and Analysis - Extract and manage data from Revit models for use in scheduling, material takeoffs, and cost estimation.
  • Dynamo and Python Scripting - Use Dynamo to automate repetitive tasks, enhance model accuracy, and improve efficiency in the BIM workflow.
  • Quality Control and Standards Compliance - Perform regular quality control checks on models to ensure adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication - Work closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize constructability.
  • Documentation and Deliverables - Prepare detailed 2D and 3D documentation for curtainwall and cladding systems, including shop drawings and installation guides.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation - Stay updated with the latest Revit features, BIM technologies, and industry trends.


Skills and Abilities

  • Proficiency in Revit, with a strong understanding of curtainwall and cladding systems.
  • Experience with Revit massing tools and adaptive components.
  • Knowledge of Dynamo and Python scripting for BIM automation and data management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
