About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Leading Edge Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

Team Leadership and Management

Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project coordinators, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective project execution and delivery.

Contract Administration

Administer contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements and company policies.

Quality Control and Risk Management

Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality project delivery, and identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction professionals.

Technical Skills

Proficient in construction management software, including project management tools, estimating software, and building information modeling (BIM) systems.

Personal Qualities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
