Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with decades of industry experience, recognized for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a Processing Coordinator to provide critical support to our sales and production teams.This role ensures accurate and timely processing of quotations, orders, and administrative projects while acting as a liaison across departments and with external vendors.The ideal candidate comes from a manufacturing environment, and strong proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, CRM, ERP, and pricing/quotation systems. Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone and email.Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to resolve issues and provide updates to customers.Manage documentation related to customer accounts, orders, and shipments.Proactively communicate with customers regarding product availability, lead times, and order status.Support the sales team with quotes, product information, and after-sales service.Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, working toward timely resolution.Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.Qualifications & Experience:Prior experience working for a manufacturing company is a significant plus.Familiarity with CRM, ERP, pricing, and quotation systems.Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and general office software.Minimum 1 year of relevant processing or administrative experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.If this sounds like a fit, or if you’d like to explore the opportunity confidentially, feel free to message me directly, email me at sando.vincent@professionalstaffing.ca, or apply directly here.This position reflects a current vacancy with one of our clients.
