**GENERAL FUNCTION**:
The Inside Sales / Customer Service Specialist is the first point of contact for both internal/external customers, the role has the following functions:

- **Order Processing** - Work with appropriate departments to facilitate the delivery of orders and resolve any order issues as they occur.
- **Inside Sales** - Assist the Business Development Specialists in driving revenue through outbound targeted product campaigns, quote follow-up, and lead generation. Identify and act on opportunities to develop new sales prospects to increase the revenue generated from materials sales.
- **Sales Volume** - Develop a detailed understanding of the product lines and generate incremental sales volume through both internal and external customers.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College course work in a Business Administration background OR significant on job experience in customer service.
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent grammar and English
- Bilingual is highly desirable
- 5 years related work experience minimum
