Description des tâches et responsabilités – Responsable Intégration – Workday

Les responsabilités du poste incluent :

- Supporter et maintenir toutes les intégrations qui lui seront assignées et qui seront livrées dans le cadre de l’implantation des modules de paie WorkDay au Canada ;
- Concevoir/maintenir des interfaces basées sur les besoins de l'entreprise et créer des solutions d'intégration à l'aide de diverses technologies/outils et services de produits d'intégration ;
- Fournir une expertise et une bonne compréhension du cadre d'intégration de l'application WorkDay, du modèle de données orienté objet et des approches d'intégration (API, Connecteur, EIB et Studio) ;
- Participer à l'évaluation des estimés de temps requis pour le développement ;
- Livrer les développements dans les échéanciers tout en livrant du contenue d’excellente qualité ;
- Proposer des recommandations en tenant compte des besoins de l'entreprise, de l'architecture, des applications existantes, des coûts et de leur impact sur les processus ;
- Effectuer des tests de régression sur les intégrations entrantes/sortantes avec WorkDay lors des nouvelles versions déployées par WorkDay ainsi que lors d'autres implantations ;
- Faire le support des intégrations, y compris l’enregistrement/la maintenance des tickets dans le système de suivi des tickets ServiceNow de l'entreprise ;
- Être responsable de la mise en place des intégrations en production ;
- Produire et mettre à jour la documentation technique adéquate ;
- Assurer le respect et le suivi des standards de développement ;
- Collaborer avec d'autres équipes impliquées dans le processus de paie dans notre modèle de support global.


Exigences du poste – Responsable Intégration - Workday

- Avoir une expérience dans le secteur RH, principalement le cycle de paie (y compris HCM) est indispensable ;
- Avoir au moins dix (10) ans d'expérience dans des projets informatiques, dont au moins trois (3) ans dans l'environnement WorkDay ;
- Expérience de projet dans un rôle technique sur un ou plusieurs projets de déploiements d’intégrations WorkDay à l'aide d'outils SOA (WorkDay Studio ou autre plateforme middleware) ;
- Solide connaissance du modèle de données de l'application WorkDay et des outils d'intégration (API WorkDay, Studio, EIB, Transformation de documents, Report As a Service, Connecteurs WorkDay) ;
- Posséder un esprit d'équipe et du leadership ;
- Démontrer la capacité de s'adapter facilement aux changements ;
- Capacités exceptionnelles de communication écrite et verbale ;
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en dépannage avec la capacité d'exercer un jugement mûr ;
- Capable de fonctionner avec des délais serrés et des contraintes ;
- Avoir le sens de l'organisation, du service et le souci de la qualité ;
- Capable de coacher d'autres membres de l'équipe concernant les outils et services de développement WorkDay.

Integration Lead – Workday (payroll)

As a part of its agreements with its various clients, Procom is currently seeking an Integration Lead – Workday (payroll) for a company in the consumer products sector. Our client is located in Boucherville.


Job details – Integration Lead – Workday (payroll)

Key responsibilities for this position include:

- Support and maintain all assigned integrations that will be delivered within the WorkDay payroll implementation in Canada ;
- Design/Maintain interfaces based on business requirements and build integration solutions using various integration product technologies/tools and service ;
- Provide expertise and good understanding of Workday app’s integration framework, object-oriented data model and approaches to integrations (API, Connector, EIB and Studio) ;
- Participate in the assessment of the expected time required for development ;
- Deliver developments on schedule while delivering excellent quality ;
- Propose recommendations considering business needs, architecture, existing applications, costs, and their impact on processes ;
- Perform regression testing on inbound/outbound integrations with Workday during WorkDay releases and other implementations ;
- Provide support on integrations including logging/maintaining tickets in the enterprise ServiceNow ticket tracking system ;
- Be responsible for implementing integrations into production ;
- Produce and update technical documentation ;
- Ensure compliance and monitoring of development standards ;
- Collaborate with other teams involved in the payroll process in our global support model.


Mandatory Skills – Interation Lead – Workday (payroll)

- Have experience in the HR sector, mainly the payroll cycle (including HCM) is essential ;
- Have at least ten (10) years of experience in IT projects, including at least three (3) years in the WorkDay environment ;
- Project experience in a technical role on one or more WorkDay payroll implementation projects using SOA tools (Workday Studio or other middleware platform) ;
- Strong knowledge of Workday application data model and integration tools (Workday APIs, Studio, EIB, Document Transformation, Report As a Service, Workday Connectors) ;
- Possess a team spirit and leadership ;
- Demonstrate the ability to easily adapt to changes ;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities ;
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment ;
- Able to operate with tight deadlines and constraints ;
- Have a sense of organization, service, and concern for quality ;
- Able to coach other members of the team relating to WorkDay development tools and services.
