Join our dynamic team as a Project Controller

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our innovative projects? As a Project Controller, you will be central to our financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, budget management, and financial reporting for seamless project execution. Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Budget and Schedule Tracking: Monitor and maintain budgets and schedules for small and medium-scale projects, ensuring financial efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Client Account and Invoice Management: Manage client accounts, including invoicing and ensuring timely payments, while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Project Accounting: Oversee project accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial requirements.

What you'll bring to WSP:
  • University Degree in finance or business or related field
  • Basic knowledge of project accounting
  • Knowledge of Oracle an asset
  • At least 1 year of experience in related project support in a multi-disciplinary environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively with other professionals on project development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
