  • Prepare recommendations and reports for the construction or improvement of civil engineering projects
  • Conduct surveys and studies of ore deposits and mine design
  • Analyze reports and prepare recommendations on settlement of buildings, stability of slopes, and effects of earthquakes to support construction and civil engineering projectsCertificates, licences, memberships, and courses 
  • Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial associationResource usage and environmental studies
