En tant que consultant en mise en œuvre, vous aurez l'occasion de travailler en étroite collaboration avec un groupe interfonctionnel de membres de l'équipe pour configurer, former et mettre en œuvre notre solution de DSE de nouvelle génération chez nos clients Il s'agit d'une excellente occasion de faire partie d'une équipe qui se consacre à la réussite des clients et de prendre part à la préparation du déploiement des derniers produits et services.

Nous avons construit un système de dossiers électroniques de classe mondiale, complet, entièrement intégré et centré sur le patient. Cette solution automatise la documentation relative à la prestation des soins de santé tout en fournissant une aide à la décision clinique et en soutenant les meilleures pratiques.
  • Développer et maintenir une connaissance solide et précise de bout en bout des processus et des procédures applicables
  • Contribuer au suivi des problèmes ou des escalades liés au projet et élaborer des stratégies de réponse et des actions pour résoudre les problèmes
  • Faciliter la collecte des exigences des flux de travail des clients afin de compléter la conception des systèmes
  • Utiliser les connaissances de base pour effectuer l'analyse du flux de travail et des processus du client. Formuler des recommandations pour optimiser l'utilisation et l'intégration de divers logiciels tiers. Présenter les recommandations au client et travailler avec lui pour convenir d'un plan de mise en œuvre
  • Travailler en collaboration pour évaluer l'impact des demandes de changement à des fins d'estimation de l'effort et de planification des capacités
  • Former les clients à l'utilisation du logiciel en utilisant une variété de plateformes
  • Utiliser un système CRM pour le suivi et la résolution des problèmes
  • Élaborer des manuels et des guides de formation à la mise en œuvre destinés aux clients
  • Contribuer au suivi des problèmes ou des escalades liés au projet et élaborer des stratégies de réponse et des actions pour résoudre les problèmes
  • Travailler avec l'équipe de projet pour garantir le respect des délais de livraison pour l'ensemble du projet
  • Travailler avec les équipes de projets informatiques et les unités commerciales pour aider à recueillir les exigences commerciales afin de faciliter la conception et le développement des applications logicielles
  • Comprendre et atteindre les objectifs de Harris Healthcare concernant la mise en œuvre, les revenus et les mesures de performance
  • Autres tâches selon les besoins

Ce que nous recherchons
  • Bilingue - français et anglais, car nous avons des clients partout au Canada
  • BS ou diplôme supérieur dans un domaine clinique de préférence
  • Capacité à voyager sur le site du client jusqu'à 50 % à des moments clés.
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, y compris une écoute efficace, de solides compétences de présentation et la capacité de transmettre des informations complexes en termes faciles à comprendre, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
  • Doit s'adapter à des situations variées et être polyvalent lors de mises en œuvre complexes avec des priorités et des objectifs variés.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, à la présentation et aux relations interpersonnelles requises.
  • Expérience avec Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)


Ce qui vous démarquerait
  • Expérience du flux de travail sur le marché québécois
  • Expertise en matière de flux de travail dans le domaine de la santé, selon la ligne de produits ou les modules, avec une maîtrise d'au moins un module ou une ligne de produits majeurs.
  • Expérience antérieure dans l'installation de systèmes d'information sur la santé, de préférence avec une solide connaissance pratique des opérations hospitalières.
  • Expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics, JIRA, Helix, Confluence, ou d'autres systèmes CRM

Implementation Consultant, Professional Services (bilingual)-

Harris Healthcare is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Implementation Consultant. As an Implementation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a cross-functional group of team members to configure, train and implement our next generation EHR solution with our customers This is a great opportunity to become part of a team dedicated to customer success and get in on the ground floor of preparing to rollout the latest products and services.

We have built a world class, comprehensive, fully integrated, patient-centric electronic record system. The solution automates healthcare delivery documentation while providing clinical decision support and supporting best practices.

Job Description/ Your Impact will be
  • Develop and maintain robust and accurate end-to-end knowledge of processes and applicable procedures
  • Assist in the monitoring of project-related issues or escalations and build response strategies and actions to address issues
  • Facilitate the requirements gathering of customer workflows to complete the system designs
  • Utilize core knowledge to perform analysis of client workflow and processes. Generate recommendations to optimize usage and integration of various third-party software. Present recommendations to client and work with client to agreement on an implementation plan
  • •Work collaboratively to assess impact of change requests for effort estimation and capacity planning purposes
  • Train the customers on the use of the software using a variety of platforms
  • Utilize a CRM system for issues tracking and resolution
  • Develop client facing implementation training manuals and guides
  • Assist in the monitoring of project-related issues or escalations and build response strategies and actions to address issues
  • Work with the project team to ensure on time deliverables for the entire project
  • Work with IT project teams and business units to help gather business requirements to aid in the design and development of software applications
  • Understand and meet Harris Healthcare goals regarding implementation, revenue, and performance metrics
  • Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for
  • Bilingual - French and English. The ideal candidate would be bi-lingual French/English as this role is expected to work closely with customers in the province of Quebec and internationally
  • BS or higher degree in a Clinical field preferred
  • Ability to travel to the client site up to 50% at key times
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including effective listening, strong presentation skills, and ability to convey complex information in easy-to-understand terms both in writing and verbally
  • Must adapt to varied situations and multi-task during complex implementations with varied priorities and objectives
  • A self-driven and resourceful individual who proactively seeks solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

What would make you stand out
  • Workflow experience in the Quebec market
  • Healthcare workflow expertise as required by product line/modules with proficiency in at least one major module or product line
  • Previous experience in installation of health information systems preferred with a strong working knowledge of hospital operations
