In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing consulting, training, and support to deliver successful implementations of native cloud accounting software solutions for customers.
  • Working directly with CFO's, CIO's and end users to shape solutions that access and report on business information and deliver results that impact corporate performance.
  • Performing analysis and systems documentation, creation of financial reports and product configuration and roll out.
  • Advising and guiding customers on their journey from system selection to go-live and post implementation support and beyond.
  • Supporting internal and external sales efforts as required.
We are seeking candidates that will bring the following skills and experience:
  • Post-secondary education in Finance/Accounting, Business and/or Information Systems.
  • Knowledge or direct experience in native cloud accounting/ERP products (eg. Sage Intacct, Netsuite) and industry trends.
  • Minimum of 5 years' industry experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong business analysis skills and technology/cloud awareness.
  • Ability to effectively manage project deliverables to meet client expectations.
  • Superior written and communication skills.
  • Experience providing training to customers.
  • Commitment to personal continuous learning and creating exceptional customer experiences.

  • Fournir des services conseil, de la formation et de l'assistance pour assurer aux clients des déploiements réussies de solutions logicielles de comptabilité en infonuagique.
  • Travailler directement avec les directeurs financiers, les directeurs informatiques et les utilisateurs finaux pour façonner des solutions qui accèdent aux informations commerciales, offrent des comptes rendus et fournissent des résultats qui ont un impact sur les performances de l'entreprise.
  • Réaliser des analyses et documentations de systèmes, créer des rapports financiers, la configuration et le déploiement de la solution.
  • Conseiller et guider les clients dans leur parcours depuis la sélection du système jusqu'à la mise en service et le support post-implémentation et au-delà.
  • Soutenir les efforts de vente internes et externes, selon les besoins.
Nous recherchons des candidats qui apporteront les compétences et l'expérience suivantes:
  • Études postsecondaires en finance/comptabilité, commerce et/ou systèmes d'information.
  • Connaissance ou expérience directe des produits de comptabilité/ERP cloud natifs (par exemple Sage Intacct, Netsuite) et des tendances du secteur.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie.
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques, de résolution de problèmes et de dépannage.
  • Solides compétences en analyse commerciale et connaissance de la technologie/de l'infonuagique.
  • Capacité à gérer efficacement les livrables du projet pour répondre aux attentes des clients.
  • Compétences supérieures en rédaction et en communication.
  • Expérience en prestation de formation aux clients.
  • Engagement envers l'apprentissage continu personnel et la création d'expériences client exceptionnelles.
