We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Leader, Design and Redevelopment to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for leading the design and redevelopment of our facilities, ensuring that they meet the needs of our patients, staff, and the community.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the design and redevelopment team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Design and Planning: Oversee the design and planning of new facilities and the redevelopment of existing ones, ensuring that they meet the needs of our patients, staff, and the community.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, staff, clinicians, and external partners, to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of designers, planners, and project managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality projects.
- Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or business administration.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in project management, design, and redevelopment, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
