Associate Client Executive
What can you expect?
- You will be responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, acquiring new clients, and partnering with various resources to provide superior client solutions
- The Associate Client Executive is ultimately fully accountable for all solutions and resource delivery to the client as well as the management and growth of the client P&L, individually and in the aggregate across a book of business
- This role will also partner with Client Executive on accounts to support their client service efforts and as an avenue for professional development

We will count on you to:
- Review client/prospect exposure loss experience and current coverage, and analyze the risk to determine the product/service requirements
- Communicate client needs and binding instructions to insurers
- Implement and maintain a quality service plan, including ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents
- Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients
- Conduct stewardship meetings with client participation
- Generate new sales through existing clients and client referrals in accordance with the business plan along with the team
- Manage timely billing/collection for each client
- Develop a working relationship with all functions within the company to improve client service and increase cross-selling opportunities
- Engage the appropriate industry group and Marsh resources to offer best in-front resources for each client/prospect
- Participate in professional development activities/courses
- Comply with Marsh Excellence and Professional Standards to ensure quality service to all clients
What you need to have:
- 3+ years of experience working with commercial insurance from a consulting space
- RIBO license or ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire
- Strong business acumen including a well-rounded knowledge of general business function, finance, and issues
- Strong understanding of the renewal process
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization including the 'C' Suite
- Excellent organizational skills in prioritizing work, multi-tasking and consistently meeting deadlines
- Proficient with MS Office
