Associate Client Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Client Executive to join our team at Marsh McLennan Companies. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, acquiring new clients, and partnering with various resources to provide superior client solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client/prospect exposure loss experience and current coverage, and analyze the risk to determine the product/service requirements.
- Communicate client needs and binding instructions to insurers.
- Implement and maintain a quality service plan, including ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents.
- Create and present renewal proposals to existing clients.
- Conduct stewardship meetings with client participation.
- Generate new sales through existing clients and client referrals in accordance with the business plan along with the team.
- Manage timely billing/collection for each client.
- Develop a working relationship with all functions within the company to improve client service and increase cross-selling opportunities.
- Engage the appropriate industry group and Marsh resources to offer best-in-class resources for each client/prospect.
- Participate in professional development activities/courses.
- Comply with Marsh Excellence and Professional Standards to ensure quality service to all clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with commercial insurance.
- Commercial and Damage license or Broker license as required by jurisdiction (RIBO, AMF, etc.), or ability to obtain one in 3-6 months.
- Strong business acumen including a well-rounded knowledge of general business function, finance, and issues.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skill in both French and English – verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization including the 'C' Suite.
- Strong organizational skills in prioritizing work, multi-tasking and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Proficient with MS Office.
