As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispensing online orders with high-quality standards and accuracy, while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve timely delivery to customers.
  • Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
  • Ensure products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
  • Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offer service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
Minimum Qualifications:

The following qualifications are required for this position:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic math skills and ability to count change.
Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications are preferred for this position:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and control procedures. li>Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
