OMNI Customer Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of online orders to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Pack orders with attention to detail, ensuring correct product codes and quantities.
- Ensure products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products or freshest product selection.
- Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation.
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
- Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offer service, including supporting issues to resolution.
- Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
