As a key member of the team, you will oversee the Deli Department, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting production targets. Your leadership skills will be essential in motivating and guiding Deli Associates to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process merchandise, utilizing equipment efficiently and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain a visually appealing sales floor by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated items, and setting up product displays.
- Recruit, select, train, and develop Deli Associates to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers politely, promoting products, and assisting with purchases.
- Plan and execute Deli Store Within A Store (SWAS) initiatives, including inventory management and merchandising programs.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and maintain required paperwork, such as inventory tracking reports and invoices.

- Experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
