Job Summary

As a Retail Department Manager at ONTARIO INC., you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This includes managing a team of sales workers, handling customer requests, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales workers and provide guidance on their duties.
  • Handle customer requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain inventory levels and organize the store layout.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
