Laboratory and X-Ray Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory and X-Ray Technologist to join our team at the Provincial Health Services Authority. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical tasks related to laboratory and x-ray test procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily routine duties in both laboratory and x-ray departments, including phlebotomies, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
- Evaluate and verify laboratory results, and prepare related reports.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Work collaboratively with other laboratory and x-ray staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Graduation from a recognized Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technology Program.
- Eligible for registration with a provincial licensing body.
- Minimum one year of recent, related experience or program/curriculum-based instruction in transfusion medicine.
