Join our team as a skilled make-up artist and contribute to creating a unique and personalized in-store experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Combine creative and technical expertise to provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on our products.
- Work collaboratively with a high-performing team to create impactful in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in make-up artistry to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
- A competitive hourly rate of $17.75 to $28.55, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and budget.
