We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Makeup Artist to join our retail team. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized in-store experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create a welcoming and inspirational in-store environment that educates and delights our customers.
- Participate in in-store events and visual merchandising activities to create a high-impact experience for our customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest makeup trends and techniques to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software an asset.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
