We are seeking a highly skilled and creative makeup artist to join our team as an On Call Artist. As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, educating and delighting our clients with your expertise and passion for makeup.
- Work collaboratively with our team to create impactful in-store events and ensure that our visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, making recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest makeup trends and techniques, sharing your knowledge with colleagues and clients alike.
- Work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced retail environment.
- While certification in makeup artistry and/or previous retail experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and clients.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country, if invited to attend for interview.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $16.85 to $28.30, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, wellness programs, and education-related benefits.
