Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create visually appealing store displays and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards.
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engage with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or beauty-related role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country.
