About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Consultant to join our team at Intact. As a key member of our Information and Technology group in Canada, you will play a strategic leadership and human resources consulting role to senior leaders and their teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing professional coaching and human resources guidance and advice to our business partners, conducting needs analysis and identifying talent management strategies, and developing long-term comprehensive pictures of the organization's people goals.

You will also lead projects and support the deployment of corporate initiatives and programs, challenge the status quo by analyzing facts and adding new perspectives, and facilitate the deployment of our people strategies and initiatives.

What You'll Do Here
  • Provide expert human resources guidance and advice to senior leaders and their teams.
  • Conduct needs analysis and identify talent management strategies to drive strong organizational structure and proactive resource planning.
  • Develop long-term comprehensive pictures of the organization's people goals and identify methods to achieve those goals.
  • Lead projects and support the deployment of corporate initiatives and programs.
  • Challenge the status quo by analyzing facts and adding new perspectives.
  • Facilitate the deployment of our people strategies and initiatives.
