Voilà is a leading e-commerce grocery home delivery business, dedicated to providing Canadians with a convenient and reliable way to shop for groceries. As a Fleet Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our van fleet, supporting our mission to help Canadians stay one step ahead of their busy lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Van Fleet Management
    • Inspect vans for damage, temperature, and fuel levels, and direct them to the relevant parking location in the yard.
    • Inform the Fleet team of any defects requiring their attention through relevant process.
  • Parking and Dispatch
    • Ensure that vans are parked correctly and efficiently in order that the warehouse dispatch team can easily collect vans and bring to the dock doors for loading.
  • Support to Fleet Team
    • Aid the fleet team with moving vans to off-site maintenance vendor appointments.
  • Van Maintenance
    • Perform circle check inspection and record information on the van report (new damage, mileage in and out).
  • Communication
    • Communicate with CFC operational staff on direction of moving vans to assigned doors and to the inbound and outbound lanes.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Van Cleaning
    • Provide guidance in the CFC yard to the mobile van wash team.
  • Van Asset Management
    • Ensure that each CSTM departing for a route has all the portable van assets that he or she requires for the effective completion of the route.
  • Yard Maintenance
    • Responsible for keeping the yard clean and tidy and usable by the various vehicles.

Requirements

  • Alberta Driving License
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to Lift Up to 50 Pounds
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
