Logistics Courier Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Logistics Courier Specialist to join our team at Deep - Electrical Supply Ltd.
About the Role:
The Logistics Courier Specialist will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand. This involves operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products while maintaining professionalism in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand
- Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products
- Maintain professional relationships with customers through exceptional customer service skills
- Keep accurate records of items received and delivered
- Prepare, package, and restock goods as needed
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered
- Provide timely and effective communication with colleagues and management
Requirements:
- A valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
- Ability to lift heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Work Environment:
This role requires working in a physically demanding environment with tight deadlines and frequent travel. The successful candidate must be able to handle heavy loads, work accurately, and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.
