Job Title: Food and Beverage Events Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Events Associate at Casino Niagara.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and drink items, and maintaining a clean and organized bar section. They will also be responsible for collecting payments, following proper sanitation guidelines, and supporting a 24/7 operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food and drink items in a timely manner while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar section
  • Greet guests approaching concession stands and bars in a polite and professional manner
  • Collect payments using a cash register for credit/debit and manual cash transactions
  • Follow proper sanitation guidelines and assist with set up/tear down of the concession stand and bars
  • Strong knowledge of available products, including prices
  • Work safely and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
  • Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
  • Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment considered an asset
  • Smart Serve certification
  • Basic mathematical skills, balancing, additions, and calculations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous cash handling experience is preferred
