About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Transformation Consultant to join our team at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. As a key member of our Business Transformation team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic initiatives and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business transformation, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and initiatives that drive business value. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing business strategies, and driving cultural change within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of business transformation strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that drive business value.

• Develop and implement change management plans to drive cultural change within the organization.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and implement process improvements that drive business value.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies.

• Provide thought leadership and expertise on business transformation and change management.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and employees.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business transformation and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, business consulting, or a related field.

• Proven track record of delivering successful business transformation projects and initiatives.

• Strong leadership and change management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.

• Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of business transformation and change management principles and practices.

• Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business transformation and change management.
