Field Service Technician - Packaging We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician with packaging experience to install new equipment, repair equipment, and provide routine maintenance/service to our customers. We will continuously strive to strengthen our supplier partnerships, encourage our fellow employees to reach their potential, and ensure our future. Key Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance • Engage with customers on site to analyze equipment performance and provide solutions • Continuously train customers on operation, maintenance, and sanitation of equipment • Document and fill out reports and expenses on a regular basis • Support our sales team and keep them informed • Track, document, and return parts used on job sites • Get involved in new projects to improve the safety and performance of equipment Requirements: • 2+ years of maintenance/service experience in electro-mechanical machinery • Practical application of mechanical and electrical engineering principles and techniques • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic power systems, conveyor systems, or control systems • Initiative, critical thinking, complex problem solving, judgment, and decision making • Experience repairing or maintaining Food Processing/Packaging/Automation Machinery is highly desirable • Bilingual skills are a bonus What We Offer: • Competitive base salary • Generous medical and dental package • Auto allowance • Bonus and profit-sharing plans • Paid vacation and sick days
