Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Shared Health. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for filling orders, stocking shelves, and performing inventory counts to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.

Responsibilities:

  • Filling orders from requisitions and stocking shelves in a timely and accurate manner
  • Performing inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Operating electric forklifts and/or high stacker equipment to move stock and supplies
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience operating electric forklifts and/or high stacker equipment
  • Demonstrated customer service skills essential
  • Knowledge of the Health Sciences Centre (HSC) complex is an asset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of warehouse inventory management systems
  • Experience with WHMIS regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
