Warehouse Manager

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This includes managing inventory, fleet, and warehouse operations, as well as maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt and rotation of inventory, ensuring accurate counting and tracking.
  • Oversee operational activities in the Operations Manager's absence and serve as the secondary contact for warehouse access and security.
  • Implement the FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) policy to ensure product rotation and meet customer needs.
  • Assist with scheduling and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance and inspect and report on fleet conditions weekly.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse and ensure nightly loading processes comply with our policies.
  • Create a culture of safety by educating employees on safety standards and expectations and safe operation of equipment through online and in-person training.
  • Advise the leadership team on safety compliance concerns and required preventative actions.
  • Follow all accident and injuries reporting procedures, including submission into the Incident Management System.
  • Inspect working conditions to ensure all activities are compliant with company and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Management.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
  • High School Diploma or High School equivalency.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Travel 20-30%.
  • Permanent.
  • Benefits eligible.
