We see your career as a journey, do you?
In the position of a Talent Development Coordinator, we would ask you to do the following:
- Support Talent Development in providing employees with meaningful and impactful learning experiences.
- Help deliver excellent customer service to our partner teams, employees and external vendors.
- Provide administrative support to all Talent Development programs and initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end training logistics for all training events, including: planning, prep and tracking.
- Manage the TD inbox by promptly responding to employee inquiries, requests and troubleshooting issues.
- Lead the administrative management of our internal Learning Management System (LMS).
- Connect, build and maintain strong relationships with different Leaders/teams across the Organization.
- Help with the communication, marketing and promotion of TD programs and initiatives company-wide.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training content and materials.
- Assist with the facilitation of various training programs.
- Actively engage in team meetings and events, professional development, and volunteering opportunities.

- You have a minimum of 6 months experience in an Administrative or Coordination role.
- You are a self-starter, highly motivated and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You are nimble with the ability to multitask and quickly shift focus between competing priorities.
- You are solutions oriented and effective at problem solving.
- You have a passion for helping others connect, develop and challenge themselves.
- Any Learning & Development/HR Certifications or Designations are an asset.
