Job Overview:


Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the hiring managers by completing the full recruitment cycle for the province of Quebec and Ontario for Bell Technical Solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and follow up with hiring managers on their recruitment needs for unionized, nonunionized positions, including manager and executive positions, as well as respond to various requests from Stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various teams to achieve strongest outcome for the recruitment cycle.
  • Post jobs internally, externally, as well as perform outreach by developing relationships with various external business partners (colleges and universities, employment agencies, government, job boards, etc.) as required

Critical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience
  • 1 of experience in a recruitment role, or similar
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform tasks with mínimal supervision while also being able to work collaboratively as required to drive continuous improvement
  • Strong ability to develop interpersonal relationships, demonstrate leadership skills, and interact with different levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of the Canada Labour Code and experience using an applicant management system
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (bilingualism; French and English is an asset)
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment (unionized and nonunionized)

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
