Inland Truck & Equipment is a leading heavy-duty truck and equipment sales, service, and parts marketplace with a strong culture of teamwork, safety, and community support.
This role is located at our Burnaby, BC dealership.
The OpportunityAs a Parts Shipper/Receiver, you will be responsible for:
- Filling, packaging, and marking parts orders to meet delivery schedules
- Picking and packing orders for counter staff
- Receiving ordered parts and checking for damage, quantities, and back orders
- Assisting with stocking and posting orders to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts
- Helping parts drivers with loading and unloading parts
- Reporting parts low in stock to the Parts Manager
- Maintaining a clean and orderly parts department
- Helping with physical inventory counts
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3+ years of related experience and/or training
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to proactively problem-solve and think logically
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30kgs/70lbs
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Forklift Certification
- Ability to use non-powered equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, and pallet jacks

The pay for this position is $24.56 per hour.
