How you'll make an impact

Location: London & Waterloo

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and technical service support to a team of Client Solutions Managers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment, and will be an effective communicator with both clients and staff.

Set up and maintain client filesProcess endorsements mid-term changes to policy Request and/or process new business and renewalsRequest all Invoicing, binders and cover letters Prepare certificates of insurance and complete post placement checklist with sign off from CSM Invoicing and completing premium financing contractsPrepare and distribute automobile pink slips as required Handle accounting activities for team Claims – responsible for reporting claims and f/u for adjuster contact information (where claims support does not exist) Insurance Company portals – access various Insurance Company portals to obtain insurance policy documents.Prepare and maintain schedules of insurance and check policy documents for accuracyAbout you

Excellent computer skills, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPointExtremely well organized & able to meet deadlinesAccurate and detail orientedAbility to work well with team and othersRIBO license an asset but not mandatory
