June 2, 2024 Location: Osgoode Drive London, ON N6E 2H1 Salary: $27.00 / hour Vacancies: 1 vacancy Employment groups: Veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces, Visible minorities, Indigenous people, Newcomers to Canada Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 40 hours / week Start date: As soon as possible Responsibilities: Tasks Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures Delegate work to office support staff Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Order office supplies Invoice clients Organize and maintain inventory Co-ordinate work activities with other departments Prepare and post notices and advertisements Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies Provide clients with information Schedule and confirm appointments Supervision: 1 to 2 people Additional information: Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Attention to detail Large workload Benefits:
