About the Role:

Reporting

The Junior Inventory/ Project Coordinator reports directly to the Senior Director of Spares.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external project activities throughout lifecycle, including resources allocation, scheduling, documentation, budgeting, and other essential factors for success.
  • Effective communication of project expectations and status to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Optimize inventory management for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, collaboration with AALI, GTF, and other divisions to enhance organizational inventory value.
  • Coordinate department projects, specifically aircraft teardown projects. Maximum inventory value for serviceable and non-serviceable parts and Avmax-owned aircraft.
  • Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and vendors to support the overall program success, including:
    • Inventory
    • Sales
    • Repairs
    • Parts purchasing
    • Product improvements
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school education required; degree or diploma in related field is an asset.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated results-oriented approach to projects.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for all staff levels, including technical, professional, and senior management.
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Able to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with business units, corporate departments, key managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifts in priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of direct work experience in project management is required.
  • Aviation industry experience is preferred.
