About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst II to join our growing team. As a Business Analyst II, you'll be responsible for:

  • Obtaining requirements from business units through interviews and work sessions
  • Analyzing information from various sources and providing recommendations to users
  • Documenting requirements using defined templates
  • Acting as an intermediary between IT, users, and managers from different hierarchical levels
  • Ensuring the link between business units, technology teams, and support teams
  • Facilitating working sessions with experts from different fields
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and reducing risks and high costs through effective analysis
What You Bring to the Table

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Highly developed analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to cope with change effectively
  • Initiative and autonomy
  • Strong time and priority management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of the Agile Methodology (asset)
  • Knowledge of the Auto & Home insurance industry (asset)
