At Sienna Senior Living, we're committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Health Care Aide, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Assist with medication administration, including BP monitoring, catheter care, and mobility exercises.
- Monitor resident well-being, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Participate in common area cleaning, laundry, and resident care assignments as required.
- Complete resident care tasks as outlined in their personal service plan.
- Provide courteous service, responding promptly to resident call bells and door alarms.
- Successful completion of a Care Aid certificate program.
- Medication Certification.
- Current First Aid/CPR training and experience with medication assistance.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
- Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Records Check.
