About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Guard to join our team at our Mississauga location. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV and live monitoring systems to ensure the security of the premises.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
- Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.
- Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security License.
- Valid G License.
- Eligibility to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
- Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.
