Office Manager

Join our team as an Office Manager and take on the challenge of overseeing the general administrative function and activities of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily work activities and ensure a smooth operation of the office.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior staff, including drafting documents and arranging travel.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and maintaining records.
  • Manage office supplies, petty cash, and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and files, including employee files.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree required; Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • At least two years of administrative and clerical experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management procedures and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
