We're seeking a seasoned Claims Manager to lead our Support team and drive business success.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership and guidance to your team to achieve key business objectives.
  • Coordinating workflow and participating in day-to-day operations to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Planning unit activities to maintain high levels of service and quality.
  • Maintaining effective communication channels with other departments.
  • Liaising with claims experts and management on technical and administrative matters.
  • Ensuring adherence to corporate policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Conducting regular productivity and quality audits, providing feedback, and coaching team members.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending changes to enhance business results.
  • Participating in expense management and recruitment processes.
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A university degree or equivalent business experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • At least 2 years of management experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong technical skills in claims, with leadership skills to motivate and coach staff.
