We are seeking an individual with strong communication and customer service skills, industry knowledge, and ability to work independently or within a team.Your main responsibilities include managing existing accounts with independent dealers, encouraging product/services usage, and providing feedback to management on market conditions.You will have the opportunity to build and nurture relationships in the field, contribute to innovative product launches, and drive industry transformation.Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Develop and expand accounts through effective sales strategies.
  • Travel to dealerships to assist customers with the OPENLANE application.
  • Manage accounts, provide training, and collect data on wholesale vehicles for auctions.
  • Promote OPENLANE to automotive dealerships and buyers.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and offer support to users.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify and follow up on leads.
  • Ensure client issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Additional duties as needed.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in client/account management.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies.
  • Excellent dispute resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player, willing to travel.
  • Valid Canadian driver's license and reliable transportation required.
