- Develop and expand accounts through effective sales strategies.
- Travel to dealerships to assist customers with the OPENLANE application.
- Manage accounts, provide training, and collect data on wholesale vehicles for auctions.
- Promote OPENLANE to automotive dealerships and buyers.
- Maintain industry knowledge and offer support to users.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients.
- Identify and follow up on leads.
- Ensure client issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Additional duties as needed.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in client/account management.
- Automotive industry experience is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies.
- Excellent dispute resolution and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, team player, willing to travel.
- Valid Canadian driver's license and reliable transportation required.
