We are seeking a Civil Engineering Co-op Student to assist in the planning and design of major provincial transit infrastructure and rail projects.

**Your Opportunity**

  • Assist in providing professional services to public and private sector clients.
  • Work as part of a dynamic team on various support activities.
  • Perform both field and office work.
  • Provide general assistance to project engineers and project managers in Stantec's transportation group.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support large-scale LRT projects.
  • Conduct field and office work.
  • Perform various tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**

  • Self-motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and transportation engineering related software.
  • Driver's license and vehicle required.

**Education and Experience**

  • Completion of high school and/or enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree/diploma program.

**Work Environment**

Typical office environment with computers and sedentary work. Field work may include exposure to the elements.
