Job Title: Change Manager

At IFG - International Financial Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in implementing Gen AI global change strategies and action plans to engage stakeholders and ensure a smooth transition during organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Gen AI prompt library to support organizational change efforts
  • Contribute to the development and moderation of a Gen AI Community of Practice, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among Gen AI stakeholders
  • Design and deploy surveys to gauge employee sentiment, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of change efforts
  • Organize large-scale interactive engagement events to promote understanding, gather feedback, and build support for Gen AI
  • Create stakeholder updates and develop communications to ensure transparent and effective communication throughout the change management process
Candidate Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of delivering on change deliverables
  • 2+ years of experience in product/project management, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and addressing barriers to change
  • Experience developing and moderating communities, change champion networks, and similar groups
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing data and developing dashboards
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with modern engagement platforms
  • Gen AI experience or exposure
  • Human-centered design, design thinking, and Agile methodologies
