As the CTO (Partner) at Cortlandt Controls, you will play a critical role in shaping the technological direction and driving innovation for the company. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies and solutions that align with our business goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that supports our overall business objectives and positions us as a leader in the maintenance industry. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, ensuring the successful development and deployment of software solutions. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning among the technical team.

Solution Architecture: Design and oversee the development of scalable and robust software architectures that meet the needs of our customers and align with industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful implementation.

Technology Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with technology providers, vendors, and industry experts to leverage their expertise and enhance our technological capabilities. Stay engaged with relevant industry networks and associations.

Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encourage professional growth, and ensure effective communication and coordination within the team.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in the software or maintenance industry.

Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development, architecture, and emerging technologies.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.

Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a technical team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
