Director, Institutional Client Credit Management

Lead a team of professionals managing a trading credit portfolio and facilitating transactions originated by various RBC Capital Markets businesses.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or quantitative fields.
  • People Management experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of Credit experience in financial institutions.
  • Strong Credit skills and specific knowledge of trading credit.
  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Understanding of fund industry and securities regulations governing funds.
  • Strong understanding of RBC trading products.
  • Ability to establish priorities and manage tasks with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills.
