Ace Management Group is seeking a Client Account Representative to join their North York office, specializing in advertising and promotional marketing campaigns.

As a Client Account Representative, you will assist the Advertising Account Manager and promotional sales team in creating and executing direct marketing & promotional strategies for advertising campaigns across the North York area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Advertising Account Manager and promotional sales team to develop cost-effective regional promotional solutions targeting specific demographics and markets.
  • Coordinate on-site promotional sales techniques to stimulate demand for clients' products/services/brands.
  • Display promotional materials at on-site and in-store events, establish consumer connections, and build brand loyalty in a person-to-person interactive environment.
  • Identify new promotional techniques to increase brand loyalty and profitability.

As a Client Account Representative, you will:

  • Listen actively, understand customer needs, and take prompt action to resolve issues.
  • Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their technology and communications goals, and help set up accounts.
  • Process upgrades, downgrades, new product purchases, and facilitate delivery and installation efficiently.
  • Maintain excellent time management, provide professional customer service, and balance multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Participate in continuous professional development training sessions and engage in a dynamic team-based company culture.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and a track record of success in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask during a business day.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new concepts.
  • Enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new skills.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent communication in English.
  • University degree or college diploma in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and process-oriented.
  • Travel to on-site promotional advertising & marketing areas will be required.
