Front of House Supervisor

Boston Pizza, a leading casual dining restaurant, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to assist the General Manager with daily operations. This role involves supporting the training, development, and performance management of the Front of House team members.

  • Lead by example and work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve business objectives
  • Build strong relationships with team members, guests, and stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge
  • Communicate effectively with the General Manager and Front of House Manager to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain a positive and composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment
