Job Summary

Boston Pizza International Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with the daily operations of the restaurant, including training, development, staffing, scheduling, and performance management of the Front of House team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and work closely with team members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer service standards, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement effective training programs for Front of House team members.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of employee engagement and morale, ensuring that all team members feel valued and supported.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Front of House management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of success in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
