Job Summary

Boston Pizza International Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Front of House team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Provide coaching and training to Front of House team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Front of House management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
